Our CEO and Founder, Tamika Fancher , brings many years of dedicated experience in the healthcare and human services field. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), and Program Coordinator, Tamika has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals in need.
She also has built a strong reputation for providing compassionate, person-centered care and effective program leadership.
Throughout her career, Tamika has earned multiple professional certifications, including Medication Administration, Fire Safety, Resident Rights, and CPR, among others. Her hands-on expertise, strong leadership, and passion for supporting others continue to shape the foundation and values of our organization
With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life. My passion for compassionate, quality care has led me to open my own adult family home, where every resident is treated like family. My mission is to create a safe, supportive, and loving environment where dignity and comfort come first.
